There's a huge difference between salespersons and salespersons with excellent customer service skills. After a long drive in my new older car, the Engine light came on. O'Reilly's said it was code P0420 to replace the catalytic converter, then showed me the price ranges from $1300 ro $2300. Chris at AutoZone got the same code and recommended a $30: additive to clean the catalytic converter. It worked.... the Engine light came off after a couple of days. For this reason, I will always choose AutoZone even though it's a little farther from my house. Customer care wins every time! 🤗

Was greeted as I walked in. The gentleman asked if I needed help. I asked where the oil was walked me over. I grabbed what I needed he took care of the transaction. I walked out put the oil in my car, but there was no trash can outside. I walked in and asked he told me to leave it on the counter. Excellent customer service.

Great service from the Asian clerk with the glasses today. I did not catch his name, but he was quick and Efficient and very helpful. He was able to help me solve my issue in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
