This specific AutoZone location was the best experience I’ve ever had. Huge thank you to Monica and Roxanne for helping me out with finding affordable replacements for the exact bolt for my battery tie down, Monica with the reinstallation and Roxanne ordering a new coolant cover for my vehicle. They’ve created an experience that was easy and reassuring. 10/10, returning to this location and getting the help I need from these awesome, knowledgable ladies.
Monse and her team Rodrigo and Azel are truly awesome. I purchased a battery here and I’ve never actually changed my batteries in this huge Yukon Denali. We recently moved, so my tools are neatly tucked away somewhere. This kind of battery change would’ve taken me an hour at least. They help me put it in and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Thank you, Monse and team!

Came in to return an oxygen sensor. Monica ,rolling her eyes, without checking my account details refused to accept it. Said it has been installed. It was handled but the connector was different. Regardless , she refused to adhere to the return policy...no scratches no wrench marks.
I had a terrible experience as a customer with the Manager named Vince. Had come in for a simple car batterry purchase and I had asked for the complimentary change. He started finding all manners of excuses to avoid the service from saying I need to buy a memory saver to the "european specialist" had gone home today to saying they could brick my car from it. Mind you, all had to do was swap the batteriesz but he had to take 30 minutes making up excuses. If you find a stocky manager walking around with a single glove on, take your business elsewhere. Terrible management on his shift.
