I do my taxes here every year. LIV always does my taxes. She is professional, kind, pretty and gets my taxes done and refunded. The receptionist in front is nice. Overall this is a great place they will take care of you. It is close by Chase bank/ Starbucks .
I have found the best tax service on earth! Smart Tax and Accounting Services provided a wonderful, professional tax service. I have been here last year during my travel. I love the free coffee during my last year visit. The office was very clean, organize. I felt welcomed, comfortable and trusted when I walked in. I come back “online” to do my tax this year. In other words, they do provide services to out of states clients also. Trang was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and patience. I was not a fan of numbers. She walked me through each step and patiently explain, answer all of my questions. She was very generous on her time. She spent time to explain everything to me until I got it! The price was very affordable. I’m glad I find Smart Tax and Accounting Services. I don’t have to hold my head, deal with headache and try to do tax on my own anymore. I highly recommend Smart Tax and Accounting Services to everyone in CA and out of state.
Liv was very informative and patient with all my questions in regard to my corporation and how to file properly. She made sure to file within IRS guidelines while making sure I only paid what was necessary and assisted with setting up my payment plan. I even referred her my friends who to say the least have a complicated situation and she spent the time and effort to make sure all their questions were answered and their taxes were done correctly vs the previous tax place. Trang Nguyen - the owner - is knowledgeable and very enthusiasm in tackle my tax documents. Give her a call and set up an appointment, the time to discuss your financial situation with her is very much worth it. Communication with her - either phone call or email - involving tax questions & topics is very effective, she returned my call or email to respond my inquiry almost immediately. The sincerity & honesty are the best policy of hers; very good work ethics. The office is located in a good area, lots of parking spaces. Office is clean and tidy, free coffee and water bottle. 5 stars rating! Strongly recommended to everyone!
