I had some familiarity with the issues, and I appreciated that the team listened carefully and didn’t overshadow or discount my input. The service was quick and fairly priced, with same-day availability. The owner provided the estimate, and after discussing my old opener’s problems, I decided to proceed. Two skilled and patient technicians installed the new opener (my dad stood there and watched them the entire time while they worked 🫢), they customized it for my garage, and were very helpful in demonstrating how to use it. They even assisted my elderly father in moving a heavy table out of the way. 🙏🏽 I highly recommend Champion Garage Door Repair for their professionalism and outstanding service. I’m incredibly impressed. Ordered a new garage door and from Champion door and they don’t miss a beat. Every detail impeccable even while installing during our crazy heat wave! You will have 100 confidence they will check the door from warehouse for you and you will receive nothing less then a perfect door! They have excellent service, delivery, and installation! I called after hours, because my garage door wouldn't close completely. I had already called a competitor who told me I needed a new motor. Dal from Champion came out right away and looked everything over, said everything looked fine. He tried reprogramming it and after several tries the garage door is working perfectly again. Dal was friendly and efficient. The job was quickly done and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely call Champion again, if the need arises.

We had them replace a broken torsion spring some years ago. They did an excellent job then, so we made them our go to company when we needed a new garage opener and repairs for a broken panel. We called to schedule a consultation, but they were able to send a technician earlier than expected and was able to start work on the spot. He was done in 1 hr 20 minutes and helped us program the remote in our car.

We needed our garage door fixed due to it not opening. They came out in a timely manner and everything was working well. After about a week or so I noticed it was not closing completely. Omar came out immediately and fixed the issue. Great customer service, thank you!
