I got a deluxe king room with a whirlpoo. I highly recommend you don't get a room with a jacuzzi once the jacuzzi filled up there was this black ring on the top of the tub of dirt it was disgusting immediately got out and took a shower so really didn't get to use the hot tub and paid extra for nothing told the front desk and they just denied it was there fault I have photos and everything but still didn't care. Will not be staying at any choice hotels again. SO JUST BEWARE PEEPS
I chose this location for a soccer tournament in the area for its location and reasonable rates. Seven families stayed at this location from our team. Each of us regretted it. Each family that stayed had something to complain about this location. Which made me look bad as the person who put our trip together and made the recommendation. My room specifically had dried boogers on the wall next to the toilet that looked like they had been there for quite some time. There was no hot water when we attempted to take a shower. The worst part is the little black ants crawling around the sink and inside the shower. The ants were coming out of the dissolved caulking and cracked countertop. At least four other families complained of ants in their rooms as well. The family staying above me in room 224 had them crawling around in the bed he was sleeping in and the sink and shower area as well. Another was in the opposite building of the complex on the 3rd floor. All near the sink and shower area. Needless to say, this location is disgusting and I absolutely would never consider going back for our tournament next year. To add further, this review was also left on their corporate site as well. A canned response was given by an admin assistant. When brought up to the onsite staff regarding the issues, nothing was done about it. They don't seem to care.
Breakfast was fantastic. Location was great also. Close enough to the beach and lots of shopping.
Just terrible, full of roaches and ants. I had to check out shortly after the arrival, because it made me feel disgusted staying there overnight. Hotel did not refund money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Haven't been here for awhile but was glad I stayed. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, so appreciated after dealing with so many grumps at other hotels, it really wears on you when traveling for extended periods! Thank you!
