Kathy and Claudio were prompt with responding to maintenance and concerns. Very nice apartment complex, great neighbours, and gated parking made me feel very safe. Very convenient location near parks, malls and restaurants. My dog also enjoyed her stay here!

This review is delayed, between moving and work I kept forgetting to write a review. I lived in Jasmine Place apartments from 3/22-5/24. I had a newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment. I loved my apartment. It was spacious and quiet. Luck was with me as a new tenant moved in next door and we became good friends. All of my neighbors were nice, quiet and friendly. The location was great, it is near I-405 and and Hwy 22. It is a few miles to Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa, and a short drive to Long Beach. Even going to LAX did not take very long. The building was well kept and I felt very safe as the building and garage are gated. Even at night I felt safe coming home. Kathy and Claudio were always available if I needed something or had a problem which was infrequent. I loved the package lockers for my deliveries. I moved because I found a house to buy but I miss living in Westminster and will always think on my time there fondly.

One of the best apartment complexes in the area! Lived her for two years. Very close by to everything you can imagine (Costco / shopping malls/ restaurants) my favorite amenity was probably the covered parking. Also one of the only apartment complexes that had in unit washer and dryer at the time. Kathy is awesome and is very communicative whenever problems arise. Maintenance is usually quick as well. 5/5 would recommend anyone to live here!

Staff: 5/5 Kathy, the leasing manager, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is incredibly responsive, always quick to reply, and very helpful with any issues or questions. Her candid approach is refreshing and makes dealing with any concerns straightforward. The maintenance staff are also commendable, usually addressing requests no later than the next day. The entire complex is well-maintained and consistently clean, which makes for a pleasant living environment. Location: 4.5/5 The location of this apartment complex is quite central to northern Orange County while being sandwiched between the 405 and 22, making it easy to drive to various nearby cities. There are plenty of fantastic Vietnamese restaurants on Bolsa that are within walking distance, which is a huge plus. While the neighborhood itself may not seem ideal or pretty, the security measures in place help alleviate any concerns and make the area feel safer than it might initially appear. Neighbors: 5/5 The community here is fantastic. I’ve had no issues with any of my neighbors – everyone is friendly and respectful. The presence of dogs among residents hasn’t led to any problems with pet waste around the complex. The culture here seems to be tolerant of the occasional parties, as long as they are not too disruptive. Overall, the sense of community is positive and welcoming. In-Unit Features: 4/5 The in-unit features are quite satisfactory. The washer and dryer are functional, though compact with no additional storage space. I really enjoy the double sink in the master bathroom, and the AC with the Google Nest thermostat works exceptionally well. The water pressure in the shower is adequate, and while there is decent storage, a bit more would be ideal. The recessed lighting is a nice touch, although I don’t use it frequently. Parking: 5/5 Parking here is excellent. My 2-bedroom unit comes with 2 designated parking spots inside a covered garage, which is well-maintained and has minimal dust. The air quality in the garage is notably better than many other places I’ve experienced. Additionally, there is ample guest parking available, which is very convenient. Summary: 4.7/5 I think this apartment provides great value at its price point and would recommend it to anyone. Having lived here for 9 months, I’ve experienced no major problems. Even though the complex may have a more traditional style, it holds up well compared to luxury-styled apartments, making it a great choice overall.

Management and maintenance is amazing. Kathy is the leasing manager, and she has been absolutely awesome from the moment we signed the lease, and continues to be awesome during our current residency. The place is nice and clean, as maintenance continuously power washes and cleans the complex. The location is walking distance from all the great Asian food you would want. There's plenty of parking, and our parking spaces are gated. It's fairly quiet and the neighbors are quite nice. Overall we are very happy living here.
