Most tables were dirty. They have hand sanitizer stations. The machines are on the sticky side (gross). But the kids had fun. Just make sure you clean their hands often.
Celebrated my mother's 75th birthday there today! Management and service was excellent, food was very good as pizza and salad bars go, and there were plenty of games for our little kids to run around and have fun with. Highlight of the day was seeing my mom in the ticket blaster for 30 seconds. Worth every penny! Happy birthday, Jeannie!!!
This location is always busy because it’s the only one in the entire city. Despite it being packed, the staff were on top of it all. Taking orders, running birthday parties and cleaning up used tables. The food quality is on par with all other Chuck E. Cheese locations I have been to. The game selection here is a little small, but still enough to keep the little ones engaged. You no longer get your food delivered to your table. You have to go pick it up at the kitchen window. The only major problem I observed was the guy at the entrance/exit was not checking hand stamps on the way out, which is a huge safety issue. Why bother going through all the hand stamping process when coming in if you’re not going to check it on the way out?
I ordered my food at 5:17 and didn't get it till 6:03. The buzzer they gave me was on low battery so it didn't buzz when I went to ask about my food it was sitting there cold. They also didn't have any ice from the time we paid till after I got my food. Manager said she was sorry and that's it. I use to come here a lot but after today I won't be returning to this location. Update* manager came and gave me a handwritten guest pass for a large pizza 4 drinks and 30 play points.
UPDATE: This location will be closing this summer and relocating to 15031 Goldenwest Street. It'll be sad seeing this location go, so say goodbye while you can. Had a great experience here. This is the oldest location to still exist, having been open since 1979. They still have the animatronics, though they could use some TLC. The cashier didn't seem to care about her job. I was overcharged for my pizza but was given more play points than I paid for, so make sure you check your card in case you were given less. My pizza was tasty at least, and my drink tasted how it should. While I didn't see any games that were completely broken, some of them could use repairs. For example, one of the coin pusher games had two of the slots taped over. This is a good location if you want to film the animatronic show, as I had no problems. Plus, this location is in a pretty good area.
