I will put it out there that I have trust issues. I was anxious about asking for help. Phillip Ma's office kept an open line of communication. They followed up with me for all documentation. Previously, I had a referral from a friend to an attorney in San Diego. However, after another referral from a family member in Orange County I decided having Philip Ma Law Firm as my ideal choice to represent me in my auto accident case. I first had a conversation with Kim over the phone and surprisingly I was shocked on how quick and clear that she answered all of my inquiries. She got straight to the point of explaining how my case would proceed and any actions I needed to take. For example, I was concerned about the estimated repair cost from my insurance company in which it might be too low and she told me to get a private auto mechanic to do the estimate and that might give me a more accurate and reasonable estimate. Instead, I did not take the advice and after repairing my car over the past 9 months I realized there were some additional damaged parts on my car that my insurance adjuster did not include in his estimates. For instance, my front right rim got a crack on the inner side that was hard to see from outside. Thus, a more thorough inspection was definitely needed. Besides Kim, there was Anthony who helped me in communicating with my insurance company for all the additional legal matters. Although we talked over the phone a few times, I could tell he seemed to be a very friendly and down-to-earth type of a person to talk to. He attentively listened to what I asked and got back to me quickly either over the phone or by emails. He also checked to make sure that none of my legal documents related were missing and up-to-date. I highly recommend this law firm to everyone whether it be somebody from Orange County areas or someone out of town like me. All of my legal documents were completed online and it was just that easy. I think Philip Ma law firm should deserve a perfect 5-Star rating. Being a 23-year Ebayer, I usually read the feedbacks from sellers before I buy an item and the feedbacks do not have to be 100 percent and if it is not I am…”NOSY” to read all negative feedbacks to see if a complaint is genuine and justified. This law firm had a 1-Star and a 3-Star from some unknown individuals who were either jealous and maliciously wanted to destroy some other people’s business. So AWARE !!! Once again, I would like to say “thank you” to Kim and Anthony for everything :))

I had a great experience with this Law office! Anthony, Kim, and Phillip were all so helpful in relieving my stress in managing the 2 car accidents I was in, both of which I was the one that was struck. One person did not have insurance and the other person denied liability. I was turned away by multiple other law offices prior whom decided not to take my case because it was not a for sure "win case" I felt like. When I found Phillip Ma's office and met them for the first time, they were very professional and responsive to my needs regarding the car accident. Thank you for hearing our case out! Also, thanks to their assistance and expertise, justice is served as I recently won my small claims case! Even though I was not at fault in the car accident, going to court for the first time and representing myself was extremely intimidating for me. However, Phillip answered all my question/concerns and helped me prepare for court which gave me ease of mind for the court date.
