Very average experience. A lot of displays were a little messy, so many displays were missing more than half of the products. The staff is okay, they do their job well. The store is pretty big, but there's not a lot of variety. We went mainly to see the new Pixel phones, and we were very happy to see them, but the display was a bit disappointing. The fold or earbuds were unfortunately not there either, though.

I had a great experience buying a new phone. George at the phone area helped me select a new phone and also new head phones. Very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He took time to know what I was looking for and found the best deals for me. I was in and out 30 mins.

I have exchanged products twice and the employees are incredibly polite and knowledgeable. I am very happy to shop at this store and I would like to express my gratitude to each and every employee. That store is the best one in California.

returned wall mount that was wrong size the young man at the TV department desk did not get out of his chair to help me and started to debate with me customer service was so poor I left and told him I would just buy and do my research on Amazon and that I did. Best Buy was my favorite, but I am running into employees that really don't care about the retailer or consumer real bummer I

Terrible experience, avoid this store if possible. They field all calls to a central phone center and you cannot speak to anyone at the location. Drove 80 miles to pick up item up that phone center confirmed *must be picked up in person* as it’s an open box sale and they cannot ship to closer store. Drive all the way and they couldn’t locate it! They said we show it’s here but can’t find it in the warehouse. Waste of an entire day and tank of gas.
