Meta quest 3. Today I bought Meta Quest 3 and Osmo Mobile Stick. Transaction feels very light smooth. He’s very helpful very positive gesture, and smiling the whole time. And it wasn’t like smiling like you have to cause you’re at work he’s smiling and you feel the happy gesture sadly, I barely experienced this kind of service anymore so I really truly wanted to keep a great review. His name is Steven. Thank you for you Positive aura. Definitely, my son will love his Christmas gift.
Going here for customer service is rough. You can't get any info unless you speak to someone in person - but after you leave they'll gaslight you, be unresponsive and when you finally get a hold of someone on the phone (but requested the manager, Steven) - they're standoffish as to why you're calling for updates on a status - and then they'll rush you off the phone to claim they'll follow up. Not a pleasant experience and still waiting for updates from 'Carmen'. This all started bc of Best Buy's system glitch claiming that I couldn't trade in a Mac because it was on recall, but after talking to apple, it was in fact not on recall. if you have to run in and buy something you have in stock, this is a good place for that - but customer service and even escalated tickets & support followup...., 0/10 recommend.
First time in this store. I went on Friday afternoon store was not busy. I had to ask where the universal remotes were, a employee showed me where they were, but I was offered no assistance as to what I wanted. I had to hunt down batteries and finally asked the guy at the door, who was not very friendly. Store employees were too busy talking to each other. Customer Service is a thing of the past.
A long story short — I had a major issue with my new Samsung S25 Ultra. Unfortunately, the phone had several system defects. After a lot of back-and-forth and two appointments, the Manager at the Westminster location, Steven, and his assistant, Stephanie, helped me so much in resolving the problem. Honestly, I never expected them to support me the way they did. They truly stood by me, to the point that I left feeling very happy and relieved. I know my review is a bit late, but I really want to say: thank you for everything.
I didnt catch his name but he seemed like he didn’t want to help with anything or anyone including his co workers, when I came to exchange my computer I asked him if he had a computer in stock and he said “if it shows we have it then we do” like wow? The reason why I asked is because I went to the Best Buy in Costa Mesa and was told the exact same thing just for them to have it, whatever. I then asked him if he can just simply help me sign out and the way his face showed it all and said I can’t touch your computer so go to geek squad so they can help you and they will charge you a fee??? Luckily he stepped away while another man helped me. I’m not sure his name but he was an Asian gentleman and he basically helped me with everything that the other guy didn’t want to do. Idk it was just a horrible experience. Idk his name but he was a black somewhat tall male.
