Our refrigerator stopped and working and we needed help fast! We went to Howard's where we purchased a new refrigerator. The staff was friendly and the process was seamless from start to finish. I was looking for a simple nice 5 burner stove top and found it at Howard’s, I spoke to Diane Do at the Westminster store and she was very helpful. My wife went in to purchase it, Sandra Verdugo and everything went smooth! We picked up our stovetop and we installed it (we’re general contractors) and we love it! It matches our other appliances and works perfectly! We had such a great experience, we definitely will go back for other items or appliances when we are ready! Fail! Upon entering the door, an Asian woman speaking bad English was "helping" us to find a new stove hood and counter top microwave oven. She took us over to the hoods and we couldn't power any up, and she couldn't answer any questions. She urged us to look at microwave ovens but I said, twice, we are at the hoods, we will look at these first. She walked away! We looked around store then left. No selection or help!
Very disappointed. Just bought a new washer and dryer from them. On the first use, the dryer was already making a clanking noise, when I called Howard's they referred me to Electrolux like it wasn't their problem that the brand new dryer I just bought from them wasn't working properly.
