Outback Steakhouse can be a hit… Or a miss… It seems to be a gamble these days to locate a chain run eatery that has decent food at an affordable price. This location can be put on the hit list. This location sits snuggled up in front of an almost entirely abandoned mall in Huntington Beach. Easy access, right off the 405 with plenty of parking. Interior is clean and classic Outback Steakhouse decor. Always a delicious treat to enjoy some of their pumpernickel bread and soft butter spread while perusing the menu. The classic go-to Bloomin’ Onion did not disappoint and was crispy and delicious. The baked potato and baked potato soup were both savory, soft and full of flavor. The Outback Burger was cooked and seasoned well and the fries came out crispy and tasty as ordered. Service was attentive and friendly. Was very pleased to find an Outback keeping up the classic great service and food!

Service was amazing as always! Austin was great in every way. Very well sourced with the menu and specials. Thank you Austin! The manager Troy was very kind and actually spent a few minutes with us just to get to know us. We will definitely be back!! Customers for life!! Lou & Pat

Miguel made an excellent recommendation! The bone-in rib eye was cooked to perfection! And Sean was the most courteous, professional, respectful person besides being a spectacular waiter! 5 thumbs WAY up!

This was only the second time I’ve ever been to an Outback Steakhouse and the service was terrible as well as the wait time. We waited almost an hour for our food for a party of two. Mind you we didn’t anything crazy. Very disappointed. Not sure why it took so long but I’m extremely upset and will most likely go online to request a full refund. Would not recommend. Also to add to it. The food came barely cooked cold and they forgot our children’s food!!!! Who does that. Drinks also sat empty the entire time. To add to it the manager “claimed” to have told his staff he was comping our food for the waiter to walk up and hand us our check!! WTH clearly you didn’t talk to your staff like you claimed. I am calling corporate or the franchisee team to let them know that this place is causing disgrace on their name.
