I have been using this pharmacy for seven years, and have come here for prescriptions and immunizations. The pharmacists and staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.
This pharmacy is hot and cold. The other day I came and a gentleman there was very helpful, He helped me save money on my prescription. Today I’ve tried to call 25 minutes before closing and the pharmacist was extremely rude. I called back and also spoke to the other female and she was just as short and rude. I understand the end of the day they want to leave, but I was just trying to see if I might make it. It was today And both were females. I hate leaving bad reviews, but the gentleman Next to me said the same thing
I was on a trip in Orange County and stopped by this Wallmart to get some essential stuffs with my friends. They were so encouraging me to get flu shot when we saw the flu shot counter right next to the cashier area. I knew that I couldn't get away with it anymore especially the Covid season. I was so scared. Thankfully, i got Mimi. She is so amazing, super friendly and gentle. I didn't really feel a thing at all. Highly recommend.
Twice now they refused to fill a prescription due to "doctor" doing it wrong. Bullshit cause other pharmacies filled them just fine. Most recently, doctor prescribed 450MG. However this pharmacy no longer has 450mg 99so they say they can't help. I ask them to give 3 150mgs or a 300mg and 150mg yet they refuse. Barely speak English and are straight rude!
I called ahead to make sure they had my prescription which they did. I drove there and was told to wait 20 minutes so they can complete the prescription. After which I came back and was told they don't have the pills they thought they did and the price just went from $46 to $80 for another manufacturer. I asked for a discount because of all my time they wasted and they refused. Terrible costumer service.
