Fast and reliable. You can get your medications in no time just give them a call or text in advance so when you get there everything is ready for pick up. Thank you Henry for having my medications always available and the beautiful ladies was helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.

I have my in-law who is a new (legal) immigrant and her daughter is, too. The daughter says the pharmacist is nice to her, and as she is new here, she just believes (almost) everything the pharmacist told her about prescriptions sold, etc. for her mom whose vision is irritating.... and needed to get hospital urgent care. Fortunately, the mom was granted immediate (temporary) Medi-Cal in emergencies, with full-scope! As I have checked with Department of Health Care Services, Q Pharmacy accepts Medi-Cal, it means that patient's prescription will be paid/covered by Medi-Cal. But why did the pharmacist charge the patient and then refuse to give her daughter the payment receipt?... How could she know if the list of prescription filled or sold by Q Pharmacy the same as the medication list prescribed by UCI Doctor? ...And why didn't the pharmacist give her the medication payment receipt? He even said that he gave her a good deal of medication .... Whether good deal/prices or not, the payer or patient needs to be provided with a receipt of total payment for medication list she bought from pharmacy....I know very well of hospital presumptive eligibility to help people in needs of urgent medical care whether you are legal or illegal in Calf. And even it is a temporary medi-cal until they apply for (permanent) medi-cal program, this patient was granted FULL-SCOPE during this temporary 2-month period. I wonder if this pharmacy charged the patient (but not provided the receipt) and then also would bill Medi-Cal for medication list prescribed by hospital doctor... The new patient and her daughter NEVER want to bring this issue here and insist me NOT to write a review, but it's me as US citizen, i feel something wrong with this pharmacy and Q. pharmacist about the above service incident! Please understand -This is my own question or concern not involving them! So please don't blame (trach) them for my review! Thank you in advance!
Henry is the absolute best! He always goes above and beyond for his patients. Quick turnaround service and such a lovely pharmacist. I love the small pharmacy so much more than CVS since I don’t have to be on hold forever and love how personable this place is. My family and I moved all of our prescriptions here :)
