This branch is awful they let phone ring and hang up. You can tell because when you call any other branch it at least gives you message saying they are working with another customer. Not here. They literally just hang up. God forbid they have to do any work. Ridiculous. I have called at all different times and same thing. Early right at opening and every hour in between. Very unprofessional, horrible service.

Was having issues with opening a business bank account online, and worked with Ha Nguyen here to get one easily set up. Was in and out within about 20 minutes. Also helped me set up the account within my mobile app, so that I'd have easy visibility into both my personal and business accounts. Great service!

This review for Helen. She was initiate called me out of the blue and left a message, offered to help me!!! Okay, I did not ask for any help but since she offered through the phone; I called her back to request new money for Lunar New Year and some green money to travel outside the country. She said “sure”, she can help me with my request. Helen set an appointment to see me 4 days later which is today (02/10/2024). Today, I dropped everything and came to see her, she said she does not have it!!! I figured out the reason she tried to fishing me into the bank was persuaded me to be private client. Why did she just informed me over the phone the real reason instead of promised things that she can not honor it. Lack of professionalism, lied and fishing client that how I observed the way she does her job in banking institution. I will transfer my money to another bank that I have. So dishonest and costed my time consuming!!!

Long story short....I've never had a good experience at this branch. Always troubled. Sofia had no idea what she was doing. I confronted the lady manager there and she admitted receiving more complaints lately and that her team might need more training. I came in to have pin codes on the cards changed and Sofia ended up closing all my cards. I had to order new ones and wait one week for delivery. How amazing is that???!!

This is one of the worst chase Bank. Bach is one of the worst to listen or to help people. I asked for 2 things and he helped me 0. Please don’t let Bạch to be around And talk to people simply he doesn’t do what customers ask for and he continues doing that. There is a new person I believe his name is Luong Tran, he looks young and don’t know how long he has been there but he is extremely knows and listen to customers. If you like to hear real experience, contact me I will tell you. I have been a long time customer since Bank one. My review is for you to improve it. Not picking on anyone. And please no entitle at work people. This is America.
