Their efficiency is the lowest among all the banks I have ever seen. A simple deposit transaction takes 20 minutes. Please don't come here. I arrived early and there were already more than ten people behind me. Besides, there is no air conditioning.
I've only been here twice, not meet the front desk or anyone yet, but the security guard man is very nice. He saw me with my pet bag caring a 10lbs cat and opened the door for me even when I walked out.
When you first walk into this branch, it smells terrible; the air is stuff, stagnant, and has a weird smell. I’m not sure why they don’t turn up the A/C to allow circulation inside the branch. They had 2 tellers working, but 1 is for Business. This brainchild is extremely inefficient. Seems like the two Bank of America branches I’ve been so far have been subpar customer service.
-Bank never has money in the atm. -Drive- thru atm NEVER works -they do not block off the drive thru -line for drive thru is ridiculous wait just to find out there’s no funds in it. -this is now 1 month I have been to the closest bank and can’t get access to my paper. -staff needs better management (hire me if you want me to turn this store into what it’s supposed to be) -this bank should definitely close down same with the one on Brookhurst and Westminster. -bad business I’m closing my accounts wait nevermind I can’t even get my money . If i want to even see if that’s possible I’d have to wait in a line that take 3 hours +
My parent can to print my bank statement then said we have to wait 15mins. Which turned into half an hour because it wasn’t there because it’s only my parents cause I was in class. The employees were walking around and eating good ignoring them There were no customers but when are they going to talk to us. Bad service!!!!!
