I had to get the line to get some cash because I didn't bring my debit card, it took me 45 minutes to be done. There was only 5 customers with 3 windows open. The staffs did something really slow I don't understand. Like on December 2025, I met Ms. Loan Nguyen to do credit card, she sent me to the home loan officer to do it, the HL officer asked me questions about buying a house made me embarrassed bc I never think about it. I told her I just want to do credit card, I don't know why Ms. Loan asked me to meet home loan officer, I don't have any needs to get the loan or buying a house. They just do something waste customer's time. P/s: I posted the review wrong location, I recognized it because bfa replied to the review. These happened at the location at Bolsa ave.
Everytime I go in here, I realize why I avoid this branch at all costs! 46 mins to make a deposit with only 2 people in front of me in line! Meanwhile 6 employees are standing around doing nothing. People started getting agitated when the line grew and employees said that nobody knew how to work a window!! This branch need some serious management improvement or just shut it down.
I usually go to the bank 2–3 times a week, but I normally visit a different branch. I only come to this branch occasionally when it’s convenient. Today, however, was a terrible experience. I came to exchange six heavy boxes of coins and used a shaky cart to push them to my car. A bank employee named Trang was standing near the door, saw me struggling, but didn’t offer to help or open the door. The cart was unstable and eventually tipped over — all the boxes of coins fell to the ground. I got small scratches on my hands and legs, yet no one — not even the security guard — came to help. I’m not sure if it’s the bank’s policy that employees are not allowed to touch customers’ money, but at other branches, staff sometimes help me open the door or take the cart after I’ve already loaded the money into my car. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any help here. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the management will review this situation and improve their customer service.
I was standing in business line but they didn't expedite the business account to holders. Rather they made us wait. If I had stayed in the regular account line... I would've gotten out of there much faster! They call it efficiency. I doubt it.
Terrible customer service all around this branch. Leadership needs to provide communciations training. Until then, avoid this Bank of America location at all cost
