Extremely slow service. Only one teller available for seven people in line, with the line stretching all the way to the door. The teller took 20 minutes just to process a single deposit. Way too understaffed.

I have had the best experience with this bank, the tellers were super helpful and came out from behind the counter to assist me with my phone app. The manager spent an hour of me setting up my business account and was absolutely amazing.

Horrible branch. The customer service sucks. They always act busy. Always wonder why I even bank here. They are so out of touch with what a bank should be like. I actually feel bad for the employees of the bank because I blame the management. I have been a BOTW customer for over 10 years. Luckily I use another local branch. Every once in a while I end up here running errands and highly regret coming. They only have 1 atm facing a busy street and make you wait in line when no one is even in the bank. Good luck.

10/10 ....above and beyond honestly ... Sue helped me open the bank account it went very smoothly and quickly and everything was clear enough ☺️

I went to the ATM yesterday to withdraw money and my card got stuck in the machine so I continuously hit the cancel button this morning so I withdraw for the same amount of money that I was trying to take out yesterday but I never got the money and they still withdrawal it from my account this morning
