I went inside nobody's there to look after me 11:40 a.m. worst bank I ever came to. All the business banking managers and employees were busy as if they wanted to kick me out.
I came to this branch on 12:40 to do a wire transfer, the bank teller nicely told me that they can't help me and I've to wait over there until a banker help me. I was waiting there for around 20 mins and I saw 2 bankers with only one customer. One of them was helping customer with the service & the lady banker just sat their and chatted with the customer. I felt weird so I came and asked her to help me but she told me that I have to book an appointment, the teller told me to wait there and the banker told me to make an appointment? If she don't want to help me just let me know, I will leave immediately. What a waste of time. I was late to work just because of their unprofessionalism.
Been using this bank for business. So far so good.
Great location but the ATM do not accept contactless mode, so bring your physical ATM card.
Not happy with my recent experience. From telephone customer service and in person branch manager experience. Not helpful and no real answer or solutions. Simply transaction but WFB made it so complicated. Ruined my plans to share a special moment with my spouse on our anniversary. This will be on social media review.
