I had a decent experience at the bank, though the wait time was a bit longer than I expected. The tellers were nice and did try to help, but I wish they had more staff during busy hours.
I can't say enough good things about this bank! The tellers are always so helpful, and I’ve never had to wait long. Plus, their online services are really easy to use—makes banking a breeze!
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life, avoid Dang Lai at all cost. He will ignore you and act like you don’t even exist because he doesn’t want to stay past 5pm.
On June 10, 2025, I went to a Chase ATM to deposit cash. I made two deposits. The first deposit of $700 was successfully processed. The second deposit of $5,300 caused the ATM to encounter an error. The transaction was not processed, and the ATM did not return my cash. I immediately contacted Chase and reported the issue. I followed up multiple times, but Chase denied my claim and did not return the missing funds. I also requested the ATM camera footage from the time of the transaction, but Chase refused to provide it. I believe the bank has not properly investigated this matter. I am requesting assistance from the CFPB to ensure a fair review of my case and to have my missing $5,300 returned.
Put my name on the wait list and left phone number. They skipped me even though no on one called me within wait time window. Don’t bother leaving your phone number: they won’t call you. You’ll have to wait all over again. Waited again and then told us we had wrong documents. Peter and Tom Nguyen Gave us this bad service
