I never thought that I could trust a car mechanic. I have had a tune-up, oil change, engine light check done with Chuong. He always explains in detail the issue and always charges a fair price. He is a very nice, trustworthy guy. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service Chuong. I hope I dont see you anytime soon. ; )

Chuong - the owner and also technician - failed my car. I had him change the coolant a week ago. Today, 11/28/16, the coolant leaked under the car hood when I parked. Fortunately it was draining downwards when I parked, otherwise my engine would've burst while I was driving. He had also twisted and broken my car coolant cap while changing the coolant. He charged me $10 for the cap replacement. My friend called him to report the problems on my behalf. Chuong denied his failure by accusing my car of being old (103,000 miles, 2008 Lexus IS350) and the part falling down by itself and not because of his failure to properly maintain my car! Basically he DENIES any of this is his fault. Chuong is not a trusted mechanic or a responsible person! He will find ways to deny his failure! Beware, folks!
