I found Alpha Complete Auto Repair Services through Groupon because I needed an oil change, and it’s super close to my house. I didn’t realize at first that it’s tucked behind the gas station on the corner of Magnolia and Bolsa — it’s on the backside, so just a heads up. The process was really quick and easy. I called first to make an appointment, dropped my car off early, filled out the paperwork, and came back later. I had a Groupon for an oil change and brake check, and for full synthetic it was only an extra $10.10 — such a steal (thank you, Groupon). There were two guys working, and Brandon helped me. He signed me in, had me review and sign the quote, and walked me through everything. I mentioned my car was squeaky, and he checked it out and explained it was just the rotors — brakes were totally fine. No upselling, just honest feedback. He even gave me tips for the future and told me if I ever need brakes, to grab another Groupon and come back since they offer a lifetime warranty on them. Overall, great experience — quick, helpful, honest, close to home, and big on saving you money. I’m definitely a fan and will be coming back.

Came in for oil change off a Groupon i bought. Oil change and inspection itself was quick. Busy place so get here early and have an appointment. Edited review. Previous review was made in exchange for 0.5 quarts of oil. No notes taken on my vehicle. Purchased Groupon that included vehicle check and brake inspection and after speaking to Joseph (who unassumingly makes harassing comments) I can tell they didn't do the inspection. I waited 2 hours. My car needs brakes&/rotors replaced and didnt note it. They also didn't note the mileage correctly on the receipt(1234556) or the sticker (see included pics). I noticed after driving roughly 40 miles that my oil change(saw the sticker late) was due again 500 miles after getting it..the shield under my car somehow is missing both bolts and I would need to go back to get it 'inspected' and fixed. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Found this business on Groupon, called and scheduled an appointment easily. Forgot to ask for a quote over the phone and when I came in for the appointment I was very anxious about the price and trying a new mechanic (that hasn’t been vetted by family). Joe was so kind and informative. He showed and explained the wear and tear on my rotors and provided next steps and what to look out for in the future. Very grateful I found this place and will be coming back in 30,000 miles. Thank you Joe and Brandon! 🙌🏼😊🚗

I always get my break pads replaced for $50 each but I came here after finding the shop off Groupon for a rear break pad replacement because I thought it was a great deal so why not check it out. I made an appointment. Thank goodness I didn't purchase the Groupon yet because I ended up not getting anything done here. They don't tell you that they're going to do a full car inspection, take everything apart, then quote you for everything they think needs to be done with your car and will not replace the only thing you wanted to get done unless you do it all. There were signs, I had a feeling they were gonna do this but I gave em the benefit of the doubt. They quoted me $400 when I only planned to do the $70 Groupon deal. They're nice and not pushy but I was not going to do all that so I left and they wasted not only their time but an hour + a drive out of my time. I knew the Groupon deal was too good to believe because that's so cheap obviously they don't make anything off that so that's why they have their routine. They think they know how to get you. So here's your heads up of what a visit here is like. So not purchase the Groupon til after if you get work done here.

Joe and Brandon are incredible! I’m so grateful that I came to Alpha Complete Auto Repair because not only are they both genuine and honest mechanics, but Joe was kind enough to do a complementary oil change for me because of an accident I made while trying to do it myself… I highly recommend going to Brandon and Joe because you’ll definitely get your moneys worth and you will not be disappointed!
