I had a flat tire this morning and Al at Alpha came to my rescue. I’m a 70 yr old woman no spare tire. He traded out a tire for me to borrow so I could go get a new one! Great customer service recommend them highly!!

Went here because I thought I needed a new brakes. The manager there was so nice and honest and told me my brakes were good. Would recommend!
Helpful and informative fellow. Not a long wait when I came in for oil change with vehicle check and brake inspection. Was upfront about the charges and cost. May not be the cheapest, but still quite reasonable for good service.
Honest as can be! Alex took a skittish customer and made me a believer. He could have taken me for a break job due to noisy breaks. I drive Ride Share. He could have used that to mess me up too, but he didn't! He told me I had 40 percent left. Also, that he turned away 2 people today in the same boat. One has loud breaks from driving a far distance into town but their pads were 100 percent thick. Price for full synthetic oil change right now is $70. That is comparable or cheaper than many places. He did not run over me on the phone acting too busy, or disrespectful because I don't know auto. It is hard to find someone like that! I appreciate it very much! I would recommend!
