I was struggling finding a trusted auto repair. As I passed by A2T Auto repair, I thought I would give it a try. The shop is newly open under new ownership. The owner is friendly and kind. Technicians are competent with the jobs. I got my brake and routine maintenance done and is happy with the service. I would definitely come back to A2T Auto Repair whenever I need service for my car.
Beware, unless you don't mind getting scammed. Came here for service because Sunny's auto repair next door was too busy and I'm in a rush. My shifter cable needed to be hooked back up. They fixed the problem but the next day I found my hood latch was no longer functional. I brought it back and was told I need to pay $100 plus additional $100 for every hour. Sunny would normally check the problem and give a quote for the fix. Not in A2T. So I brought my car back to Sunny who charged me $50 to fix the hood latch. I later found my battery's refill cap was lose which leads me to believe A2T sabotaged my car. A2T unhook my hood latch cable and sabotaged my battery to make sure I will need to go back. Beware!!!! Rebuttal to owner's statement: 1. Benny opened the hood to shift from park to drive inorder to move the car to the lift. 2. Shift bushing was not replaced, it was fixed by drilling a hole and a retainer clip applied. 3. Sunny fixed the hood for half the initial quote given by Benny.
Came in when my check engine light came on today, they were able to work on it immediately fixing a leak, then I had them replace a serpentine and my sway bar links. All was done quickly and for a very fair price!
Great shop with great service! I brought in my 2009 Lexus IS250 multiple times for repair since the car was giving me some trouble and they were kind and patient each time to answer all of my questions. the owner especially was very kind. highly recommend!
