Be prepared to waste half a day, even if you have an appointment. I scheduled an appointment for 7am, but my tires weren’t ready. They rescheduled for 9am, and it wasn’t until 10am that they found my tires. I was then told I could come in at 10:30am. There’s no difference between having an appointment or walking in — you’ll end up waiting for hours. With only one or two people working on all the cars and moving at a slow pace, the process drags on. I’ve been to the Santa Ana location before, and it wasn’t as bad. Hopefully, Walmart addresses the issues at this location.

Although I had an appointment for an oil change, they put me behind everybody else that was there. Ended up taking over 2 hours for an oil change. CLERKS seemed very un-caring. Goes to show you get what you pay for.

I've tried all the big brand tire places, and they always keep your car for hours and they upsell like crazy. Not here! I was in and out quickly.
