The workers are always so attentive each time I come and shop here. Today the employee Chams helped me out with all my reptile needs and went out of his way to ensure I got taken care of. Would definitely return here as I am never disappointed with the service I receive here.

Came here to buy a guinea pig. They had three to choose from. I don't know if the rules are that silly or if the guy was that lazy, but he said that you can't hold a Guinea pig until after you buy it. Judging by his dirty shirt and slow walk to the register for other guests, it's the latter. If not, have a release form or something if that's the case. You can't buy guinea pigs without knowing their personalities, and you won't know their personalities without holding them. I'd recommend a different pet store.

Petco for pet food is great for online ordering. Some need prescription food, some don't. They do a great job putting it together and ready not to long after the order. Always bagged and ready to go. Freindly welcoming staff.

I had run out of pet food, and could not wait for a delivery. So i ordered online and when i arrived, a Petco associate already had my order ready for me to pick up. Friendly customer service, too. Thanks, Petco.
