I was running on a spare Expressed to them my frustration with 5 other tire shops. The other people would make measurements on the object that was puncturing my tire. Never explain or took it apart the tire for a detail assessment. Allen’s Tire was thorough and provided helpful information. I recommend the team and would come back again.
Company opens at 7:30 am during weekdays. I went for an alignment at 8 am as walk-in. Manager told me the alignment tech will come at 9 am, I don’t mind waiting but after the alignment which was completed around 10 am, the technician only drove it once to see if it was aligned but no, car still pulling on the left. I can’t come back same day because I have other plans. I went back the next day and I was told the alignment technician is off on Sundays and Mondays. I just wish they have alignment tech available everyday and do the job right in the first place to avoid wasting both customer and business time. It’s frustrating. Managers are great, no issues with them, very helpful.
Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Leon was great, he answered my questions and was able to finish the job on the car very quickly for a Sunday morning. I strongly recommend!
Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Leon took care of me and made it simple and easy. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
I’ve brought my car here several times. They always take me right away and are more than happy to tend to all of my tire needs. They are really fast and do an excellent job. It’s definitely a great value for the work that they do. Worth the money and would always recommend. They are so friendly in there and it’s a pleasant experience
