Tire pressure light came on my car this morning. Denny was very nice and had the tires checked and filled free of charge. Allen tire has always been super nice and extremely generous. This place is THE place to go.
Yes they did the work quickly, so quick that they didn’t plug my tire properly because my tire was flat the next morning because of this I had to fill my tire with air . When I went to pull into fill my tire the space was really narrow I accidentally rubbed into a concrete pole and dented my brand new truck I’ve had for a month it’s costing me roughly $900 to fix. If they would had second checked their work and done this right the first time I wouldn’t have had this problem because of this I don’t think I’ll ever use Allen tires again . I really feel like Allen tire should pay for the damages because their faulty work was the reason why I have an eye sore on my beautiful truck now and I’m having to pay $900 to fix it.
Great service, great people and they are there to help. Saw a tire pressure monitor warning and lo and behold, I was at 15 psi! Stopped at a gas station and the tire won't fill up... what to do, my girl calls Allen tire company and the owner said they can help right away. I was 2 miles away so we headed straight to the shop. They looked for the leak amd found a big one but the tire can be fixed. Fixed the tired within 15 mins. Again thank you!
My family and I have been coming to Allen Tire for tire service for the past 4 years. They've always given the best service. I was unaware of their other services and decided I needed urgent maintenance on my car. I appreciate the staff being transparent and showing me in person what things needed to be replaced. Their prices and transparency are better than those of the dealership. Moving forward, I plan to bring all my cars to Allen Tires. Thank you, guys. You're the best.
Pulled into Allen Tire Company right after getting off the freeway when my tire started losing air—this was around 5:30, just about 30 minutes before they were closing for the weekend. I honestly wasn’t sure if they’d still be able to help, but Denny, the manager, stepped in right away and couldn’t have been more polite or helpful. They had my tire size in stock and the price was better than I expected. While the technician took care of the tire, Denny went the extra mile and checked my other tires, fluids, battery, and did a quick safety inspection—all at no extra charge. Everything was wrapped up in about 10 minutes, which was impressive given how close it was to closing time. Really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the whole experience. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re ever in a pinch.
