I’ve brought my car here several times. They always take me right away and are more than happy to tend to all of my tire needs. They are really fast and do an excellent job. It’s definitely a great value for the work that they do. Worth the money and would always recommend. They are so friendly in there and it’s a pleasant experience
Great experience! Service was super quick. I took in a truck to get the rear tires changed out and I waited 40 minutes. I also went on a weekday in the morning.
I can honestly say the manager Denny Allen really took care of me these past few days ; I went in for a oil change and tire rotation, and his technician who’s name I will disclose made a mistake and drained my transmission fluid. After him being honest and upfront about it , he called the correct tow truck, and sent it to my subaru dealership where I purchased the vehicle new. He took care of all payments to correct his technicians error. In the end I am a life long customer knowing that I am taken care of no matter what happens here , thank you for doing the right thing and taking care of my car.
Surprised by the good reviews here. Caught the service manager (Leon) putting in an optional road hazard fee on my bill. Check your bill when you shop here. He then lied that the tires were in the shop when they were not. And then noticed an elderly customer who had been waiting for his car for over two hours and they didn’t tell him the wait would be this long. He had his alignment done here two weeks ago and the car was veering so he brought it back and he said he would never come to this shop again. Wasted so much time at this shop and hopefully my experience is not typical. Even still, double check your bill!
Denny Allen was very helpful when my spouse accidently caused damage on his vehicle. Denny made sure the car was repair safely and properly while also keeping me informed of all the steps, pricing and timing to get all the work completely. Thanks Denny Allen and your team. It’s good to know there are still some honest working people representing Allen Tire Company and its values.
