What a great experience. I had heard of Salinas Tires before and after today’s visit now I understand why they are so highly recommended. I had a poor experience at a install shop prior to the visit. The team here was so accommodating, let me drive the truck to ensure the ride was up to my expectation, and gave great recommendations future state. Great shop I will be back from now on for all truck tire and alignment needs.
A big big thank you to Sal and all his workers !!! Excellent customer service and excellent work. I brought my car in for a suspension swap and Sal included Alignment in the package. There a was small issue with the steering wheel alignment afterward, so I decided to take it back to the shop and Sal and his workers solved the problem. Thank you Sal and your workers ! Looking forward to get some wheels and tires from them in the future.

Very misleading advertising on Facebook, gave them a call first to ensure price was accurate. Hugo answered and said the cost was $300 per tire and they were trying to get the post removed. He then continued to talk about more fees and taxes (which continued to raise the out the door cost). Unless there are 2 Hugo’s working there I really don’t see how this would be difficult to fix and be honest upfront. If they are going to lie on Facebook then what is keeping them from lying to you over the phone?
