Sean is completely disrespectful and manipulative. I've had multiple policies for over 4 years with them. I renew my policy, SEAN told me, make a bigger down payment we can keep your bill will stay the same, i make the payment and my bill goes up 80 dollars? I figured it was an honest mistake but after talking to SEAN he told me oh I remember, yeah it doesn't work. Why would you tell me to do it and not disclose that? Talked over the top of me kept cutting me off and said there's nothing he can do. So INCREDIBLY DISTASTEFUL.
