I found their office through Google and could not be happier with my experience and service! Tina Vo worked with me through the whole process and she was a huge help, kept consistent communication with me, and made sure all my questions were answered and addressed. A huge benefit for me was that they are also open on Saturdays so it's nice to be able to speak with someone when I am not able to meet during the work week.
There's an old saying: Change is hard. My previous State Farm agent retired. I was switch to William Vu. I was worried. I thought about other alternatives. And then... I met William.
