I wanted to transfer my State Farm car insurance policy from Washington to California and Ashley was so helpful. I texted their 24/7 number asking if I could walk in tomorrow to do it and Ashley ended up calling me shortly after the text and was able to complete everything over the phone! She was able to match my policy as closely as possible and explained everything so well.

I came across Kelly Duong State Farm by chance while searching on Google. Most of the reviews were five stars, with only a few negative ones. Some one-star reviews mentioned long-term clients feeling dissatisfied, which made me hesitant at first. However, I decided to give them a try, and I’m glad I did. We encountered an issue with our business, but Kelly Duong and her team handled it promptly and efficiently. The staff at the agency have always been helpful, whether I reach out by phone or email. They respond quickly and resolve any issues I’ve had, which has really impressed me.
