The owner is excellent with coordinating with you what he thinks the best options for your personal needs (I have little children and dogs). I have never had any problems with stains resurfacing and they always call to check on the condition of the carpet a few days following the initial cleaning. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for "quality" carpet cleaning.

I hired Bolsa Carpets & Upholstery to clean our heavily stained carpet. They came and picked up the carpet on time and it took only 3 days fro them to return a clean, fragrant carpet in our house. I recommend Bolsa Carpets & Upholstery to anyone and will be using them again.

$200 for a single room and the stains and odor are still there! I was told over the phone that a single room is $90, but could be as much as $160 to eliminate stains and tobacco odor. When the technician arrived, he only worked on the carpet about 10-15 minutes and charged me $200 - for a single room!! He put the cash in his pocket and didn't even give me a receipt. That's bad enough, but a few hours later, the tobacco smell returned and the stains are still there. I feel bad because I just threw away $200 for nothing.

We chose to call Bolsa Carpets & Upholstery. Service was professional and carpets look great. Left us with clear instructions on allowing to dry,etc and gave us the name of a tile cleaning company for the rest of the house.
