To get this straight I LOVE ❤️ el pollo loco and would love to give all the stars ⭐️ I can BUT this place has minimal customer service. There is no one at the front to take your order. It’s all machines and we only had cash and the machine wasn’t working for the cash. So I asked someone behind that was cooking to take our order or please take our cash. They said they would they never did. So we tried the machine AGAIN and it finally worked! If you need a water cup it is like you’re annoying them to ask for anything. This location also does not have their salsa out where you can grab them easily. So you must ask someone! They seem too busy to look 👀 up and assist! Please whoever manages this location to work on customer service and treat us like we matter. Food: love their pinto beans BUT whoever made this batch put TOO MANY jalapeños 🌶️ in it! And I like spice but these were VERY SPICY 🥵 Unsweetened fresh brewed iced tea tasted old and had been sitting there probably since yesterday it tasted very moldy! Please note I LOVE ❤️ this restaurant and do not get it often since I now love out of state…. Hopefully I can find another location before I leave.
Don't get their bowls they just fill them with a ton of lettuce and no meat or anything. That's the bottom of my "double chicken avocado bowl"
This time going to El Pollo Loco was as good as usual. I flew in from Seattle and bought a friend who's never eaten at El Pollo loco's and we got it to go and headed to our hotel. Even though it was burned, some of the food was delicious.
My chipotle guacamole clone burrito was missing the guacamole and chipotle overall the drive thru were nice
Man always getting orders wrong and got a hair on my burrito last time and they made a big fuzz about it
