Phillip was a total joy! He explained every aspect of what he was going to do and kept us abreast with every step. He was extremely personable and quite knowledgeable about his job and how his intent is only to satisfy his customers. While explaining some info to my sister, who was busy pulling weeds, he offered to help her while explaining the info he wanted to tell her!! Before he left, he asked if there was anything else he could help us with. Since we are elderly we were very appreciative of his offer. You have a wonderful young man working for you!! He's a KEEPER!!
Phillip and Edward T came to service our old air conditioner and got it working again. They both were awesome, very patient, professional, very honest and friendly. We appreciated their great service. Thank you for having these two technicians work on our home AC. We would give them more than 5 stars if allowed.
Their service technicians were very professional prepared, and eager to complete their job assignment. First was the estimator checked everything then scheduled the appointment for the actual technician to do the work, which was tuneup and clean the heater. Many companies have visit to do the free estimate and they kept telling me that I need to buy a new furnace. I recommend. Airflow plumbers HVAC heating and repair quality service. I give them a 10 for excellent Service.
Thank you Eric and John and the rest of the team from Absolute Airflow. You guys did an amazing and efficient job of installing our new Lennox mini split system. Everyone on the team was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. The cleanup at the end of each day was much appreciated!
